The Madbury Planning Board uses a sub-website for the convenience of its members and the public.  There, you can find
documents such as Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations, Site Plan Regulations, Building Regulations,
and maps of the Overlay Districts. You will also find forms and applications.
The complete official record remains at the Madbury Town Hall. 
The sub-website may not always be complete nor up-to-date.
