On July 12, 2024 the Select Board adopted a charter for the Madbury Public Works Planning Committee.  The Charter can be downloaded here.

(On November 20, 2023, the Public Works Exploratory Committee was dissolved as their task was complete.  Their webpage is available here.)
The Public Works Planning Committee will hold its regular meetings on the third Monday of the month at 7:00pm at the Town Hall, however as they startup, they plan to meet every other week.  Their meetings will be posted as public meeting notices here:  http://townofmadbury.com/PublicNotices.html
