Town Meeting Postponed
Due to the winter storm warning, the Madbury Ballot Session and Town Meeting scheduled for
Tuesday, March 14, 2017, have been postponed to Thursday, March 16, 2017.
On March 16, voting on Warrant Articles 1 and 2 will begin at 11:00 am and voting on Articles
3 through 23 will begin at 7:00 pm. Absentee ballots may be obtained through the Town Clerk’s
Office for those not in Madbury during polling hours.
Absentee ballots are available for voters who will be out of town during polling hours (11am-
7:30pm) on Thursday, March 16, 2017. Ballots may be picked up at the Town Clerk’s office,
13 Town Hall Rd. on Monday, March 13, 2017 between 8am and 1pm, or 3pm and 7pm, and on
Wednesday, March 15, 2017, 8am-1pm, and 3pm-6pm. If the Oyster River Cooperative School
District is closed on Wednesday the Town Hall may not be open until later in the morning.
